They had their inaugural meeting on 27th Sept 2009 - see their pics on the website - & are very friendly, would welcome any new members whether you already have a kit, anything from a Dutton to an Ultima, are building, or just thinking about it, give them a shout!  My thanks to Amethyst Automotive at Laindon for being the first sponsor on the car. They are a great bunch of lads, very friendly & helpful & they work on any vehicle from a Mini to a Rolls Royce (or even a Furore) carrying out anything from a replacement light bulb to major repairs. They have all the modern computerised equipment & can carry out MoT Testing on all Class 4 & Class 7 vehicles (thats cars & Transit Lutons to you & me).
They don't yet have a website (coming shortly I'm told), but if you live anywhere near Laindon or Basildon you won't find a better place to get your car sorted.
